How mytubewell works

mytubewell connects farmers who need irrigation with owners of verified tubewells — by the hour, on demand. Below is how the platform works for both sides, in plain English and Hindi.

For farmers — किसानों के लिए

1. Search— Enter your village, district, or pincode. Filter by motor HP, depth, water quality, and how far you're willing to travel. अपने गाँव या ज़िले से नज़दीकी ट्यूबवेल खोजें।
2. Pick a slot & pay via UPI — Lock the slot with a small advance using any UPI app. Your payment is held until the owner confirms. UPI से एडवांस भरकर अपना समय बुक करें।
3. Get water— Owner confirms, you irrigate on the agreed slot. If water doesn't flow, you get a full refund. पानी न मिले तो पूरा रिफंड।

For owners — मालिकों के लिए

1. List your tubewell — Photos, motor HP, depth, hourly price, and Aadhaar/PAN for KYC. Start listing →
2. Captain visits — Our field team inspects the well, measures water quality, and uploads verified photos.
3. Accept bookings & get paid — Payouts are settled to your bank account within 48 hours of each completed booking.

How we verify wells

Every listing goes through a four-step verification before going live:

• Aadhaar + PAN KYC for the owner
• Photo and video proof of the pump & bore
• A physical visit by a mytubewell captain
• A water-quality test (TDS, pH) on record

Listings that haven't cleared this process are not shown publicly.

Refund guarantee

If a confirmed booking fails because the pump doesn't deliver water, the owner cancels last-minute, or our captain finds a violation — you get a 100% refund to your UPI account, usually within 24 hours. See the full refund policy for details.
