Terms of service
1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of mytubewell.com ("mytubewell", "we", "us"). By creating an account, listing a tubewell, or booking a tubewell, you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and a resident of India to use mytubewell. By registering, you confirm the phone number, name, and ID documents you provide are accurate and belong to you.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not share your OTP or login with anyone.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or any law.
4. Bookings
A booking is a contract between the farmer and the owner. mytubewell facilitates discovery, communication, and payment, but does not itself operate the tubewell. Owners are responsible for the working condition of their pump and the accuracy of their listing.
5. Payments & payouts
- Farmers pay through mytubewell's payment gateway only.
- Owner payouts are settled to the verified bank account within 48 hours of a successfully completed booking.
- mytubewell charges a service fee, shown clearly before checkout.
- Refunds follow the refund policy.
6. User conduct
- No off-platform payments or contact swaps to bypass our protections.
- No fake listings, fake reviews, or impersonation.
- Comply with local water-use laws and groundwater regulations.
7. Limitation of liability
mytubewell is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the service fee you paid us for the booking in question.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you in-app and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of mytubewell.
