Refund guarantee

If your booking fails because the pump doesn't deliver water, the owner cancels last-minute, or our captain's inspection finds the listing was misrepresented — you get a 100% refund, including the service fee.

Farmer cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before the slot — full refund.
  • Between 24 and 4 hours — 50% refund. The other 50% goes to the owner to cover the held slot.
  • Less than 4 hours — no refund, except in cases of medical or natural emergency (contact support).

Owner cancellations

If the owner cancels for any reason, you get a full refund plus a ₹100 inconvenience credit usable on your next booking. Repeat owner cancellations lead to suspension.

If water doesn't flow

Report the issue in-app within 30 minutes of your slot starting. Our captain will investigate (often by phone with the owner, or with a site visit). If the issue is verified, you get a 100% refund.

Refund timelines

  • UPI: 24 hours to your account.
  • Cards: 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
  • Wallet credits: instant.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact support within 7 days. A second reviewer will look at the case independently.
