Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data mytubewell collects, why, and what choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account — phone number, name, and (optionally) profile photo.
- Location — your village/district/pincode when you search or list. Precise GPS only when you grant browser permission.
- KYC (owners only) — Aadhaar number (masked), PAN, and bank account details for payouts.
- Booking & payment — slot details, UPI reference IDs (we never store UPI PINs or card CVVs).
- Messages — in-app chat content, for safety and dispute resolution.
2. Aadhaar & KYC data
Aadhaar verification follows UIDAI guidelines. We collect the masked Aadhaar reference number (last 4 digits visible) and a one-time verification token. We do not store the full Aadhaar number.KYC documents are encrypted at rest and accessible only to the verification team.
3. How we use it
- To run the booking, payment, and payout flows.
- To verify owners and reduce fraud.
- To resolve disputes between farmers and owners.
- To send transactional SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
4. Who we share with
- Payment partners (PCI-compliant gateways) for UPI and card processing.
- KYC partners licensed by UIDAI for Aadhaar/PAN verification.
- Law enforcement when required by a valid legal order.
We never sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
5. How long we keep it
Account and booking data is kept while your account is active, plus 7 years for tax and compliance. KYC documents are kept for the period required by India's anti-money-laundering rules.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account. Some records may be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes even after account deletion.
